2. Purpose and acceptance
These terms govern bookings and stays at Palm Beach Club Apartamentos, whether made through our website, by phone, by email or at reception. By confirming a booking, the guest declares that they have read and accepted them, together with the specific conditions of the chosen rate.
3. Booking and confirmation
A booking is confirmed once the guest receives the confirmation email and, where applicable, the payment or deposit required by the chosen rate has been made.
The lead guest must be of legal age and provide valid contact and payment details. They are responsible for ensuring that the booking details (dates, number of guests and apartment type) are correct.
4. Prices
Prices are shown in euros and include applicable VAT. The final price of the stay is the one shown in the booking confirmation.
Additional services (such as extra bed, cot, parking or café) are not included unless expressly stated and will be charged separately.
5. Rates, payment and cancellation
Each booking is subject to the conditions of the chosen rate:
• Flexible Cancellation Rate: free cancellation up to 24 hours before arrival. A deposit equal to one night is charged at the time of booking, either via a payment link sent after booking or to the card provided as guarantee. If cancelled within the free cancellation period, the deposit is refunded in full using the same payment method. Cancellations within 24 hours of arrival or no-shows will be charged the first night.
• Early Booking 15% | Flexible Cancellation: 15% discount on the flexible rate, available for advance bookings according to the dates and conditions published for each offer. Same payment and cancellation conditions as the Flexible Cancellation Rate.
• Non-Refundable Rate: 100% of the amount is charged at the time of booking. Cancellations and refunds are not possible: in the event of cancellation or no-show, the booking amount will not be refunded. One change of dates is allowed if requested at least 14 days before arrival, subject to availability and any price difference.
• Monthly Rate: free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival. A deposit equal to one night is charged at the time of booking, via a payment link or to the card provided as guarantee, and is refunded in full using the same payment method if cancelled within the free cancellation period. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival or no-shows will be charged the first night.
The outstanding balance of the stay is payable on arrival by credit or debit card.
6. Changes
Changes to dates or number of guests are subject to availability and may result in a change of price. They must be requested in writing to [email protected].
7. No-shows and early departure
If the guest does not arrive on the arrival date without having cancelled, the penalty of their rate will apply and the booking may be cancelled from the following day.
In the event of early departure, booked nights not used will not be refunded.
8. Check-in, check-out and guest registration
Check-in: from 3:00 pm. Check-out: before 12:00 noon. Early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and may incur a charge.
On arrival, all guests must present a valid ID card or passport. Under Spanish law (Royal Decree 933/2021), we are required to register their details and report them to the Ministry of the Interior. You can complete this step in advance with our online check-in.
9. House rules
The number of occupants may not exceed the maximum capacity of the booked apartment. Unregistered persons are not allowed to stay.
Out of respect for all guests, parties and noise that disturbs others are not permitted, especially between 11:00 pm and 8:00 am. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments.
Serious breaches of these rules entitle the establishment to end the stay without refund.
10. Liability
The guest is responsible for any damage caused by them or their companions to the apartment or facilities. The establishment is not liable for valuables not kept in the safe.
Some facilities, such as the swimming pool, may be temporarily closed for maintenance, works or seasonal reasons. Whenever possible, guests will be informed in advance.
11. Force majeure
Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform due to force majeure beyond their control. In such cases, both parties will seek a solution, such as a change of dates.
12. Complaints
Any complaint may be sent to [email protected]. Official Junta de Andalucía complaint forms (Hojas de Quejas y Reclamaciones) are available to guests at reception.
13. Data protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at www.palmbeachclub.com/privacy-policy.
14. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Spanish law and, in particular, by Andalusian tourism regulations (Law 13/2011 on Tourism in Andalusia and Decree 194/2010 on tourist apartment establishments). Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts in accordance with consumer protection legislation.
